EVALUATION
All trainees would be evaluated on a weekly basis by the trainers/ course facilitators which would culminate in a final evaluation report at the end of the training. The trainees would be graded in four categories A, B, C and D (A= Very Good, B= Good, C= Satisfactory and D = Poor), which will be clearly marked in the certificates. The evaluation may also be used to assess the trainees that may apply for writing fellowships. |
